LS Dealer Spotlight: Sandy Lake Implement – A Legacy of Service, Growth, and LS Tractor Success
Nestled in the heart of Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania, Sandy Lake Implement has been a cornerstone of agricultural support since the spring of 1954. What began in the basement of a modest home has grown into a thriving dealership with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and community commitment. Today, under the leadership of Scott and Rebekah Liese, Sandy Lake Implement continues to evolve – powered in part by a strong partnership with LS Tractor.
From Basement Beginnings to Regional Powerhouse
Founded by Bob and Betty Martin as an Allis Chalmers dealership, Sandy Lake Implement quickly outgrew its humble beginnings. The Martins built the original structure that now houses the parts department and main sales floor. In 1985, employees Bill Kein and Robert Foster took the reins, followed by Scott and Rebekah Liese and Helena and Richard Bence in 2020. By 2025, Scott and Rebekah became sole owners, transforming the dealership into a single-family operation once again.
Over the decades, Sandy Lake Implement has adapted to changing the agricultural landscape – transitioning from Agco to Farmtrac, and ultimately embracing LS Tractor when it launched in the U.S. Today, the dealership also offers Ferris, Scag, Toro, and Landmaster UTVs, among other trusted brands.
Built by Farmers, for Farmers
Scott Liese, a mechanic with deep farming roots, joined the dealership in 2004. His hands-on experience and mechanical expertise make him the go-to for heavy equipment and tractor repairs. Rebekah, who also grew up on a farm, serves as Sales Manager and oversees the administrative side of the business. She continues to promote agriculture through 4-H and various other avenues. Together, they bring a passion for agriculture and a commitment to service that resonates with every customer.
Why LS Tractor?
Sandy Lake Implement began selling LS Tractors as soon as they entered the North American market. LS Tractor’s reliability and performance play an immense role with repeat customers, as well as customers sending friends in to purchase one for themselves. According to Rebekah, LS stands out for its superior specs, durable build and unbeatable finance offers and sales promotions. “They’re well made, easy to use, and powerful enough to get the job done,” she says. The dealership even uses LS Tractors and attachments for their own property and business needs – proof of their reliability and performance.

Vision for the Future
Sandy Lake Implement’s mission is clear: to be the largest and most trusted dealer in the region. Whether it’s a new purchase, a service job, or a customer buying parts to complete repairs themselves, they want to be the one business everyone can count on to help them with their equipment. With consistent year-over-year growth since 2020, the dealership is rolling out a mobile service truck in March 2026 and plans to expand to three locations within the next seven years.
Advice for Fellow LS Dealers
Rebekah offers simple advice for other LS dealers: “Invest in your business. Train your staff, stock your parts, fill your showroom, and advertise across multiple platforms. The more eyes on your dealership, the more customers walk through your doors.” Sandy Lake Implement is devoted to keeping their user-friendly website updated, and uses radio and television to advertise. LS Tractor Regional Manager, Jason Searles added, “Partners like Sandy Lake know the value of leveraging the LS backed industry leading finance offers by combining traditional media like TV and radio with social media advertising in the local area. The exceptional results are undeniable.” Updated videos sharing inventory, sales promotions, and events can also be found on Sandy Lake Implements’ Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Customer Spotlights
One standout LS Tractor customer is Duane King, whose family has purchased two LS MT7101 tractors from Sandy Lake Implement. His story is a testament to the dealership’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Another recent customer review was shared online by Judy King. Judy speaks highly of the business saying they have “top notch owners and extremely knowledgeable employees who make purchasing our tractors and servicing them an easy process.” Judy also noted that Scott and Rebekah are very supportive of the community, sharing one example of how they collected toys for Mercer County children in need.

As Sandy Lake Implement continues to grow and serve its community, the team looks forward to deepening its partnership with LS Tractor. With a legacy built on hard work, integrity, and innovation, the future is bright “blue” for this powerhouse dealer.
